瓦解


每當你在禪修時有所覺受領悟，千萬努力將它瓦解。

相信它，但要瓦解它。

別握著不放。

當無有領悟之時，你就到了。

you must diligently dismantle that realization...

Trust but dismantle your realization. Don't hold it...

Where there's no realization,

you are there.
